FORTITUDE STRENGTH - Phase 1
How many times have you failed or given up on reaching your goals when going at it alone? Our Fortitude Strength class is exactly what you need if you said "just a few". One of the best systems for success is never going at it alone and training with a team! This system will provide you with just that along with the tools and education necessary to build and sustain your fitness, nutritional, and personal growth goals. This entire Phase 1 class is solely based upon the strengths, weaknesses, and goals of you and the entire team!
How do we program that? Excellent question!
The sole mission of Fortitude Strength is to help our team and community become the best version of themselves by helping them achieve their fitness, nutritional, and personal growth goals. The week prior to the first team session of FS Phase 1, each member will complete a client profile, move, and work assessment. Coach will then be able to pinpoint each members strengths, weaknesses, and goals and use them as metrics to build an all inclusive properly progressed program.
Classes will be selected in such a way that each member is aligned with teammates that share similar strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Each team is only allowed six (6) members and each phase is limited to two (2) teams: Team Fortitude and Team Tenacity.

Fortitude Strength's Sports Performance Personalized Programming is for the athlete, of any age, who is looking to build body awareness, reach the next level, and simply dominate the competition on all fronts. As an athlete, properly prescribed strength, conditioning, and specialized strength training programs are your gateway to injury prevention, peak performance, and ultimately the next level.

The focus of our Sports Performance Personalized Programming is to not only coach you on warming up and training properly, but educate you on the best practices and requirements of an elite athlete. Things such as mental capacity, communication, leadership, etc.
The first requirement of an athlete? Commitment.

Before beginning your program, you will complete an introductory period. After this period is over you will have completed your client profile, move, and work assessment. These metrics will give us adequate knowledge on your strengths, weaknesses, goals, and nutritional requirements which allow us to build the ideal personalized program and get you the results you deserve!
